The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has a requirement for lodging and meeting space in the Annapolis, MD area. 75 Single sleeping rooms, at the government rate, are needed from check-in on May 4, 1997 until check-out on May 9, 1997. 1 conference room is needed from May 5-9, 1997 to accommodate 90 people with a minimum of 1,650 square feet of space. 4 breakout meeting rooms are needed from May 5-9, 1997 to accommodate 30 people with a minimum of 320 square feet of space per room. The facilities must be able to provide: King or queen size beds, daily housekeeping services, access to full service gym or exercise room equipped with machine weights, free weights, bicycle and stair climbing machine. Must be within 300 yards of eating and parking facilities. Must meet fire and safety codes. Award will be based on technical proposals and price.
