The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Division (NSWCDD) intends to acquire additional exploratory low cost Shape-Stable Nosetip billets under contract N00178-96-C-4015 with INTERMAT, 389 Hill Street, Biddeford, ME 04005 on a sole source basis. As part of the current effort, the contractor is identifying modifications which are intended to reduce billet manufacturing costs which includes the manufacture of billets for the evaluation of the proposed material and process modifications.
