The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) plans to award a sole source purchase order to Pacific Sierra Research Corporation (PSRC), 1400 Key Boulevard, Suite 700, Arlington, VA 22209. The contractor will provide casualty estimation tables for publication in the Draft AMedP-8 (Chem) document using the existing CODA software. The contractor will also attend all planning and discussion meetings for the Draft AMedP-8 document and provide status briefings as required. DSWA believes that PSRC is the only source possessing the existing RDT&E expertise to adapt this specific requirement to meet this program requirement within the time required by DSWA and available funding. Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform this requirement. See Note 22.
