The purpose of these programs is to improve the ability of food animal producers to maintain sustainable operations as they address food safety responsibilities and other requirements of packing plants implementing HACCP. Multiple awards may be made under this Request for Proposals. Solicitation packages will be available for each project/species on or about Marc 14, 1997.
