Contract Information: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District will require the services of the Architect-Engineer Joint Venture Team of HKS of Dallas TX; Wingler & Sharp of Wichita Falls, TX; and Freese & Nichols of Fort Worth, TX under a sole source procurement to design specific appropriated fund components of the Temporary Lodging Facilities non-appropriated fund program for Headquarters Air Force Services Agency. Project Information: The joint venture team of HKS:WS:FN is presently under contract to the New York District, Army Corps of Engineers to provide design and construction services for Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Temporary Lodging Facilities (TLF) throughout the United States. The New York District plans to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery Contract to the Joint Venture team of HKS:WS:FN to design Appropriated Fund companion projects to the facilities that are already under design. This contract must be sole source procured to the joint venture team in order to assess and insure appropriate A/E design liability and responsibility for the TLF program. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract with a base period not to exceed one year and one option period not to exceed one year. The maximum Delivery Order value is $250,000 and the total value of delivery orders per period shall not exceed $250,000. The maximum total of this contract is $500,000.
