Nowak, Contracting Officer The Defense Supply Service-Washington (DSS-W) on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) Defense Medical Information Management (DMIM), for the DMIM/Systems Integration, Design, Development, Operations and Maintenance Services (D/SIDDOMS I Lot II), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation, 2411 Dulles Corner Park, Suite 500, Herndon, VA 20171-3430. This is for an eighteen month increased level of effort to the current contract for the following services: Integration for systems and subsystems, Requirements development, Systems Analysis, and Acquisition Support.
