Training requirements as follows: Nonpersonal service to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to provide training as follows: The Contractor shall provide 192 hours of formal training to up to 10 Automation Control Center (ACC) personnel at Falcon AFB. Due to the fact that some of the personnel are shift workers training will need to be scheduled so as to ensure that all personnel receive required training i.e. 1400 to 1800 hrs. The Contractor shall provide formal training on the document management system as well as the Geographic Information System to the (ACC) personnel. The training shall include the addition, retrieval and maintenance of both GIS and Workcenter data. The addition of GIS links as well as new drawings and data are of particular importance. The ability to create new routing templates as well as add new users to the Workcenter system are also to be covered. System backup procedures as well as system and user administration shall be covered. All documentation and training materials will be supplied by the contractor in sufficient numbers for each trainee to receive a copy of such information as well as be provided in magnetic form on three and one-half high density diskettes compatible with MS WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT.
