The Government anticipates the award of a Requirements contract for the period of 1 June 97 thru 30 September 97, with three option years. The contractor will be responsible for the purchase, delivery and application of dust suppressants at the designated locations. The Contractor shall also ber responsible for pre[watering of the designated application areas prior to applying suppressants.
