US Army Eurpoe is seeking a qualified contractor to plan, organize and operate Summer Day Camps for youth 6-9, 10-12, and 13-19 as one camp for each age group. The contractor shall recruit, select and train qualified and competent camp staff to provide youths and teens opportunities to receive high quality instruction. The program shall contribute to the well being of dependent youth by providing opportunities for organized and self-directed social, cultural and educational development. Staff skills shall include campcraft, sports, arts and crafts, survival skills, individual creativity, outdoor recreation and program leadership. Anticipated camp opening date is 16 June 1997 and includes the following locations: 21 sites throughout Germany; Vicenza, Livorno and Verona Italy; and Brussels, Belgium. (0056)
