Sanitary sewer mains: Rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer mains and laterals in the 4th increment west of capehart housing. Correction of vertical and horizontal alignment defects, cracked and broken pipes and separated joints by either removal and replacement of existing with new or the in-place lining of existing mains and laterals. Filling of eroded areas and repair of manhole structures as required. Installation of protective cover inserts in all manholes to prevent debris, sticks, and other objects from getting into sewer system. All surface features such as turfed areas, sidewalks, driveways, street pavement, light poles, signage, and mail boxes that were disturbed during construction will be replaced by the contractor. Period of performance will be 150 days. SIC code 1623 applies. The magnitude of this project is $1.0 M to $5.0 M. The SBA size standard of $17.0 M is a three year average annual gross revenue.
