This first phase will utilize the design-build approach and will include architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems to convert the existing first-floor dining hall area into a customer service area and renovation of latrine facilities to modernize and reconfigure the spaces to the intended long- term usage of the facility. Three new elevator towers will be required to provide service to first and second floors. Work also includes exterior improvements to provide parking and pedestrian access to the facility. Plans and specs available on or about 24 Mar 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
