The contractor will be required to provide the following hardware, software, and services: 1 ea. CPU File and Application Server (Pentium, 64MB RAM, 1GB, SCSI, Microsoft Windows NT Server); 1 ea. CPU Lantronix Terminal Server (16 port, Support for TCP/IP and LAT; 1 ea. Installation and Integrations Services (Install Server, Configure LAN to support New Configuration); 7 ea CPU Client Workstation (Pentium 133 Mhz, 16MB, 1GB, Color VGA, Network Cards, Windows95, WEB S/W, MAXCESS Client SW); 4 ea. CPU Staff Workstation (Pentium 133Mhz, 16MB, 1GB, Color VGA Network Cards Windosw95, WEB S/W, MAXCESS Staff SW); 1 ea. Software MAXCESS ILS Upgrade NT Version (Support for up to 24 concurrent connections/clients); 7 ea. Software MAXCESS ILS Client (Includes Z39.50 Client); 4 ea. Software MAXCESS ILS Staff (Includes Z39.50 Client); 11 ea. Installation, Integration for 11 Workstations; and 1 ea. Training services on the use, operation, and administration of the MAXCESS C/S (one (1) session). Other sources capable of satisfying this requirement are invited to submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to satisfy this requirement. All responses should reference PR 132/0099Z/97. Interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities. Such qualifications/ capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis.
