Morgan, Contracting Officer (703) 358-1728 The U.S. Fish and Widlife Service will be soliciting competitive proposals that will require a laboratory to analyze and provide an analytical report of organic compounds, especially organochlorine pesticides and PCB's, including specific congeners, contained in samples of animal or plant tissues, sediment or water, for the base period of October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with options to renew for four additional years. As a part of the evaluation process, offerors will be required to analyze test samples. Issuance date o/a March 14, 1997. Proposals and check sample results will be due @45 days after date of issuance. Multiple, indefinite-delivery, awards are anticipated.
