The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) intends to negotiate a follow on sole source contract action with HYPRES, Inc., 175 Clearbrook Road, Elmsford, New York, 10523, unless responses to this synopsis reveal other sources capable of satisfying the requirement. HYPRES, Inc., is the only known responsible source to satisfy the agency requirement. The government requires the contractor to condition the Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) output logic and signal levels in order to be ready to be integrated into a Ultra-High Performance Digital Radio Frequency Memory (UHP-DRFM). Integration is scheduled to commence 01 July 1997. Phase II contract award for this effort is scheduled to begin 15 May 1997. Interested sources capable of meeting the above requirement must submit clear and convincing literature and pricing that demonstrates their ability of meeting the above requirement to Vonda Drake at facsimile (805) 258-9666. All questions must be submitted in writing. Responses to include pricing must be received within 15 calendar days after the date of publication of this notice. No telephone requests will be accepted.
