NASA Headquarters, Office of Space Science, Code SR, plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) AO-97-OSS-02, for research proposals for a scientific investigation at the W. M. Keck Observatory (WMKO). An integral part of this research program is the design and construction of a unique instrument for use at WMKO. Each successful proposer will conduct a feasibility study with an option for implementation.
