Anastasio, Jr., Contracting Officer The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO or PTO) has a requirement for Contractor services to provide automated information systems development infrasturcture support necessary to effect the migration of PTO legacy systems into client/server systems using LCM, IEM and Composer. All responses shall reference Solicitation No. 52-PAPT-7-00020. This procurement will result in a firm fixed price, ID/IQ task order contract which is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable SIC Code for this requirements is 7379 and the appropriate size standard is $18.0 million. The period of performance of the resulting contract will be a three year contract which is anticipated for award by April 30, 1997. The place of performance will be at the PTO campus located in Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia as well as the Contractor's facility. Travel is not anticipated by the Contractor to accomplish the effort to be performed.
