J -- PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES OF HONEYWELL DELTA 5600 ENERGY MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEM AND INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM SOL DABT01-97-R-0004 DUE 051697 POC Martha Dixon, Contract Specialist, (334)255-1588 Notice is given of the intent to negotiate a sole-source acquisition with Honeywell, Inc., 820 South University Blvd., Bldg. 2, Suite F, Mobile, AL. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, parts, components and equipment necessary to provide troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and upkeep of the Honeywell Energy Monitoring and Control System (EMCS) and Integrated Building Control System at Fort Rucker, AL. The Contractor shall be responsible for all central computer room equipment located in Bldg. 1404, all field interface devices, all multiplexers, addressable points and comfort control systems. Preventive maintenance shall include all services required to maintain the systems and associated equipment at maximum performance and reliability levels. All test results and work performed shall be recorded on daily service reports. Any factory retrofits manufactured by Honeywell or EMCS as a whole or for specific components shall be procured by the contractor and completely implemented into the system at the contractor expense. Services will be for one year (1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998). Honeywell, Inc. has proprietary rights to all software in the system. Fort Rucker is currently using the privately developed technical data and software exclusively for its own purpose and cannot release this information to any third parties. See Note 22.
