Garcia The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Michigan, Health Management Research Center, 1027 E Huron, AnnArbor, MI 48104. This procurement shall be process in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to develop and operate an employee Physical Fitness Program. The contractor shall: implement pre-participation evaluation and annual re-stratification process; provide 8 hours of on-site consultation; provide up-to-date research-based health and wellness newsletter; conduct conference and seminars; access to the University of Michigan recreational sports complexes; submit monthly reports to project officer. The University of Michigan is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
