All sites within the preferred area will be considered; however, sites offered within the village limits as bounded as follows will receive priority consideration: On NYS Rte. 28N or NYS Rte. 30 not more than 1 mile from the present Long Lake Post Office. Space requirements are approximately: 2,066 net interior square ft; 16,082 sf of driveway, parking and maneuvering area and 39,035 total developable site (less setbacks). The lease term is for a base term of twenty (20) years, with four five-year renewal options.
