Work includes but is not limited to providing selective demolition; relocation of building contents during construction and return upon completion; removal and reinstallation of existing equipment on exterior walls; installation of exterior insulation; installation of aluminum grating flooring system; painting of exterior and interior surfaces; removal and disposal of existing built-up roofing and flashing and replacement with new standing seam metal roof w/canopy; replacing interior lighting; installation of brick veneer on building exterior; new shelving; relocation of underground conduits; installation of new dry chemical fire supression system; construct new lean-to addition; paving and landscaping. All work to be performed under a single lump sum firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation package will be available o/a 15 April 1997. The performance period is 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This solicitation will be issued under full and open competition.
