The work consists of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and supervision to replace a section of an 18" fire water supply line for deluge fire system outside building 39. The new piping (approximately 40 LF of ductile iron pipe) and fittings (four -22-1/2 deg cast iron bends) shall be IAW applicable AWWA standards. The contractor shall site verify any and all dimensions and/or existing site conditions prior to the commencement of work. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is set aside for small business only. Only written request for solicitation packages will be accepted.
