All offerors must demonstrate that their product can boresight an AH-1 Cobra with with in 5 hours in order to be eligible for award. The Government anticipates awarding a sole source contract to DRS Photronics Corp. under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) based on the Government's determination that the minimum Government needs can only be satisfied by unique supplies available from only one source. The Government does not possess drawings and other techniccal data which would permit full and open competition. Requests for this solicitation will be accepted by mail, fax, or email only.
