All Request for Quotations are due by close of business April 10, 1997. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation due to the fact that the estimated dollar limitation is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. The provision, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. You are to submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with your offer. Switches will be used on 4160 V distribution system at the VAMC Salisbury, NC.
