Furnish: (1) Six Mats-13 feet wide x 48 feet/six inches long, (2) Six Mats-10 feet/six inches wide x 41 feet/six inches long. All Mats are: color-black, thickness 1 1/4 inches, Type of form-High Density Foam, Covering-Laminated Rubber outer surface, Tape-Clear mat tape, Warranty-Lifetime, Installation-To be supervised, Brand name or equal-Safety mats (Consolidated Specialty Products, Inc, item code number RSP 625). Delivery: 15 days after award. FOB: Destination for delivery is 343 TRS/TBC, building 10215, 1325 Harmonh Dr. Lackland AFB, TX. 78236-5439.
