Selection criteria for this Architect-Engineer Indefinite Delivery contract posted on the CBD Web Site 20 February 1997, are corrected to read (1) Professional qualifications of the staff to be assigned to the project; (2) Recent specialized experience of the firm in construction, renovation and repair of various buildings, pavements, electrical and mechanical projects; (3) Capacity of the firm to accomplish the work in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts wtih Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; (5) Location of the firm with respect to the project site (firms within 70 miles from Selfridge Air National Gaurd Base will be given greater consideration during the selection process); (6) Demonstrated success in prescribing the use of recovered materials and achieving waste reduction and energy efficieny in facility design; and (7) Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by the Department of Defense.
