Goff, (703) 602-7817, Ext. 523 The purpose of this CBD announcement is to incorporate the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) number that was inadvertently omitted from the CBD issued on 02/22/97. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of the Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G- 5230 with Frontier Engineering Incorporated (FEI), P.O. Box, 1023 Stillwater, OK 74076. Orders will be issued for the material and services required for overhauls and alterations and overhauls of the SB-4229/SP Radar Switchboard and CV-3989/SP Data Converter and other related equipment, including sub-assemblies and components. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). FEI is currently the only manufacturer (sole producer) with the design and production knowledge to provide the required effort. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirement.
