K -- MODIFY FIBERGLASS BELLMOUTH SOL F40650-97-Q-0033 DUE 031797 POC Sue Tate, Contract Specialist (615)454-7801 Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) has a need for the modification of a C2 bellmouth. Work entails cutting off the existing bell at a precise location and reattaching a new end treatment. Contractor will be required to pre-manufacture the new end treatment and all tooling and fixtures necessary to complete modification in accordance with AEDC drawings. The manufactured end treatment must match exactly the chemical characteristics of the existing bellmouth. AEDC does not have available the chemical characteristics of the existing bellmouth. This modification must be complete before 1 July 1997. This procurement is being considered for a sole source contract to AutoAir Composites, Inc.
