The Air Force Flight Test Center has a requirement for facility and support maintenance services of the Phillips Laboratory at Edwards AFB CA. The services include providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision to perform the services necessary, to include; maintenance of environmental control equipment used to control critical temperature and humidity environments of stored propellants and chemicals, which include toxic and explosive materials; maintenance of solid propellant processing equipment used to decontaminate the equipment; storage, issue, receiving and maintenance of a perpetual inventory of approximately 3000 components; maintain approximately 25 equipment haulers; general facility maintenance such as painting, cleaning and corrosion control; and sign painting The anticipated period of performance is Basic Period -- 1 Jul 97 through 30 Sep 97, and four one year options ending 30 Sep 2001, for a total of four years and three months. This acquisition is being accomplished under FAR part 12 procedures, Acquisition of Commercial services. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. SIC Code is 8744.
