Readjustment counseling will be provided in the form of individual, group, and/or couple or family counseling. Services will be performed by a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, or other qualified personnel. Provider will be required to be physically located in Stanislaus County, California. SIC Code 8049 applies. Contract period is for a base year beginning approximately 7/1/97 to 6/30/98, with four one year option periods. Solicitation will be issued on or about March 18, 1997.
