Rickman Construction Co., 15215 Shady Grove Rd., Rockville, Md. 20850, to perform minor building repairs, space changes, modifications, and maintenance service including all parts and labor for the NIH Animal/Laboratory facility, located at 5 Research Court, Rockville, MD. William M. Rickman Construction Co. Is the lease holder for the Animal/Laboratory Fa cility and the only source to provide repairs and maintenance. The contractor shall be responsible for the initiation of each assigned task within 24 hours of a request and completion within 48 hours. After each task is completed, the work shall be inspected and approved by the requestor. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement. The determination by the Government not to compete th e proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurement.
