SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and material for installing heat tape system in Building 68 in accordance with RIA drawings 068-134, dated 2 Oct 96, sheets 1-3. The principal features of the work includes but not limited to the following: 1) Install heat tape in gutter and downspouts at Building 68; 2) Install a transformer, load center, and controls in Building 67. Run 480 volt power from existing bus duct in Building 66. COST RANGE: Between $25,000 -- $100,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Construction.
