The U.S. Army Missile Command intends to acquire two sets of Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Test Program Sets (TPSs) with a range option of one to five sets including spares. This effort is sole source to RJO Enterprises, Inc., Lanham, MD. RJO is the only contractor presently possessing the required experience, expertise and knowledge necessary to produce the TPSs within the required time frame of Nov 97.
