66 -- SONIC NOZZLE GAS FLOW CALIBRATOR SOL F33660-97-R7008 DUE 043097 POC Janet Casler, Buyer, 614-788-5041 or Debra Luckeydoo, Contracting Officer, 614-788-5042 The instrument being purchased is a Sonic Nozzle Gas Flow Calibrator (SGFC). The SGFC's will be used to calibrate assorted flowmeters in the USAF inventory. This procurement will include all instrumentation, software, and accessories required to automatically acquire critical flow data and compute standard flowrates. The SGFC's shall be a complete turn-key system requiring only a souce of gas to calibrate flowmeters. The SGFC's will be capable of calibrating flowmeters over a range from 300 standard cubic centimeters per minute to 250 standard cubic feet per minute with a total uncertainty of +/-0.35% of reading. The SGFC's shall be installed by the contractor at locations throughout USAF. Complete installation, training, data, and a five year worldwide warranty shall be included. Purchase Description 97MLEEDSM01 discusses the performance specification required for the SGFC;s. Quantity for the basic year is 3 each with warranty and data as required; FY 98 Option for an additional 0 to 3 ea with warranty and data as required and FY 99 option for an additional 0 to 3 ea with warranty and data as required.
