The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS), China Lake, California intends to negotiate an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract on a Time and Materials basis for on-call and per-call remedial and preventive hardware maintenance, repair, reconfiguration and deinstallation/reinstallation as needed for Government-Owned Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) manufactured equipment and attached peripherials (may be third party) that have been acquired by NAWCWPNS and the Naval Air Weapons Station(NAWS), China Lake and Point Mugu. The equipment to be maintained is installed at various locations within the boundaries of NAWCWPNS and NAWS. China Lake and Point Mugu, California sites. The period of performance of the resulting contract will be one year with 4 one year options. Per-call requirements will be ordered on individual delivery orders. A determination has been made by the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) that foreign and foreign owned, controlled and influenced (FOCI) contractors are precluded from participation in this acquisition (NOFORN disclosure). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency. Proposals will be solicited by lots for each site and for all sites combined, and will be evaluated for multiple award consideration using the Best Value Approach.
