Housing Units shall be occupied. This will be a firm fixed unit price requirements type contract with no guaranteed minimum. Contract performance period is 1 Jun or date of contract award through 365 days, whichever is later from Receipt of the Task Order(s). This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $5.0 million. The standard industrial code (SIC) for this acquisition is 7623. IFB is to be issued on or about 20 Mar 97. All requests for this IFB should be in writing and reference DABT19-97-B-0009.
