Since that time there has been a change in the requirement. This is still a requirement to modify three C-130E's to HC-130P configuration; however, this modification WILL NOT include the following: installation of the fuel system modification required to install tanker capability; installation of a radio operator's station; or installation of the self-contained navigational system (SCNS). There WILL be some GFE provided for this modification. Respondents to this notice will be sent a revised Statement of Objectives (SOO), and a Contractor Capability Survey. Contractors must provide approved DD Form 2345 with their request. Contractors may obtain a DD Form 2345 Certification by contacting Defense Logistics Service Center, at 1-800-352-3572. All responses must be in writing and received no later than 14 days from the date of this publication. All other information publicized in the 14 Aug 96 synopsis remain the same. (0059)
