MARKET RESEARCH -- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) has a requirement for providing engineering, acquisition, and technical analysis support to the Program Manager, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Directorate. These services will involve technical support for field and sustaining C4I systems employed in both tactical and non-tactical environments. Key elements of sustaining support for these systems will include engineering assessments, logistics support analysis, test and evaluation support, migration to the Defense Information Infrastructure, Common Operating Environment, and development of DoD 5000 acquisition documentation. Firms believing that they can provide the required services are invited to submit an affirmative response to this notice. All such responses will be evaluated to ascertain the capabilities of firms that are able to meet the entire scope of the C4I Directorate's requirements.
