The Social Security Administration requires the services of individuals or organizations to supply all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform computer room cleaning services at various Social Security Administration Buildings located in the Baltimore Area. The period of performance is 1-year from date of award with four 1-year option periods, if exercised. This acquisition has been determined to be subject to Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) regarding the Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
