The Department of Housing and Urban Development/Office of the Inspector General is having an Agent's Training Conference in Ft. Devens, Massachusetts 01433 from April 27 through May 2, 1997. The Department is seeking to acquire hotel accommodations for this event. The agents will check in on April 27 and check out on May 2. The hotel must have, at the minimum, one hundred fifty (150) available rooms, must be located within fifteen (15) miles proximity to Ft. Devens, and must have a restaurant in or on the grounds of the hotel. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format specified in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
