Work includes widening doorways and halls, and reconstructing two restrooms to meet accessibility standards. Some minor structural work is needed to widen the main hallway. Site work includes modifications to the existing sidewalks to provide accessibility and reconstruction of approximately 800 square feet of pavement area to provide proper drainage. Alternate form of payment protection is required in the amount of 50% of the awarded contract amount. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and is being solicited under the new Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules.
