Shuttlesworth, (717) 861-8485 (Site Code DAHA36) the work consists of, but not limited to, all plant, labor, tools, devices, materials, supervision, and transportation to complete the interior work on a PAARNG Tank Maintenance Facility to be built in Area 12, located at Fort Indiantown gap, Annville, Pennsylvania. The premanufactured metal building shell is to be tentatively planned for erection beginning June of 1997. The work included on this project shall be performed congruently with the latter portion of the erection process. That latter portion is tentatively scheduled in August/September of 1997 or as otherwise directed by the Government. The work includes the main structure, compressor building areas, all interior wiring, conduits, panelboards, junction boxes, outlets, switches, and lighting in accordance with the project drawings. The performance period is estimated at ninety (90) calendar days. The estimated construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation shall be issued as an invitation for bid with a tentative bid opening date of 05 APR 97. Only written requests for solicitation packages will be honored.
