The Contractor shall provide all facilities, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, incidentals, supervision, and inspection necessary to perform the work. The work consists of interior repairs of the upper domes, shells, and bottom domes of five underground fuel storage tanks. It includes repairing leaks from holes and leaking welds in the tanks, and of damage in the steel liner plate from an interior power climber basket. Included is incidental work such as tank cleaning, disposal of wastes, gas-free certification, temporary power and lighting inside the tanks as needed for the Contractor's operations, and ventilation. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. THE SIC CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 1629 AND THE ANNUAL SIZE STANDARD IS $17.0 MIL. The performance period is 365 days. This procurement is unrestricted. For all construction contracts in excess of $1,000,000, a Small, Small Disadvantaged and Women-Owned Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required by large firms prior to award.
