PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- Addition to Hazardous Materials Pharmacy. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor required to construct a 1750 SF pre-engineered steel office space addition to the Hazardous Materials Pharmacy Building. Work includes, but is not limited to, modification of existing site utilities, modification of existing gravel parking area. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm system and telephone system. Performance period will be for 180 calendar days, commencing 10 calendar days after award. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This is an unrestricted acquisition using sealed bid procedures. All responsible sources submitting a bid shall be considered. ONLY WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL BE HONORED.
