Including, but not limited to: Removing and furnishing and installing roofing materials, flashing materials, roof insulation, and roof deck material; Furnish and install roof drains, gutters and downspouts. Remove asbestos containing materials; Provide infrared rof moisture surveys, minor repair to built-up roofing systems, minor repairs to single-ply roof systems. Perform semi-annual cleaning of flat roof. The work will be organized as batch jobs intitiated by delivery orders. Est. Price Range: Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 annually.
