28 -- ENGINES AND OUTDRIVES FOR BOATS POC Pansy Bradley-Cooper, Contracts Specialist, (202) 927-0073 The purpose of this notice is to solicit information as to the availability of potential sources that can provide engines and outdrives, 502 cubic inch V-8, gasoline fed multi-port/fuel injected, "Fully Dressed" (includes all engine accessories such as manifolds, pumps, hoses, lines, electronic components, ignition system components, alternator, and other parts necessary for full engine function once connected to an electrical and fuel source). Engines are to be mated to an outdrive (propulsion) unit which will be compatible with a transom mount assembly. Package shall include all transom brackets and gimble components necessary for installation. All sources interested in providing this requirement are encouraged to submit information that clearly describes capability to provide the above item.
