Industries is seeking sources to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price,
Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type service contract
for a period of four (4) years. Requirement will consist of developing
a test program, for printed circuit boards (PCB), to insure testing
which conforms to various test specifications, documents and SM
drawings. Program shall be developed and supplied on a PC compatible
magnetic media. A printed documentation package that includes all
source listings, as well as an interface fixture device for interfacing
the tester to the PCB. Program must detect 100% of the fault anomolies
notification to UNICOR of re-work to be performed. UNICOR furnished
materials will include one fully assembled PCB and production PCB's.
Upon receipt of PCB's, source shall have 30 days to run first test, at
no charge to the Government. Upon conformal coating of board(s), a
second and final test will run. The test documentation to include,
source listings, test results, C.O.C.'s, failure analysis with cause of
failure, and a re-test after repair. FOB destination Phoenix, AZ.
Minimum guaranteed quantity of 100 boards with a maximum of 5000 boards
over the life of the contract. Interested sources shall submit, in
