This is not an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The sole purpose of this synopsis is to identify prospective alternate sources and the feasibility of awarding a multi-vendor IDIQ contract for voice mail services. It does not commit the Government to make an award. Presently Department of Defense (DoD) activities in the National Capital Region (NCR) either have their own voilling Accounts.
