Concerns having the ability for providing a Residential Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Buffalo, New York area. Estimated number of mandays are 23,040 (21,580 male and 1,460 female) for the base period, and 12,775 mandays (11,680 male and 1,095 female) for option years 1, 2, and 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 04/04/97. Estimated closing date is o/a 06/05/97. Contract base periodis two years with three one-year options to renew. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible source may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
