The Bureau of Reclamation requires a licensed uniformed security service to be provided for Davis Dam, Bullhead City, Arizona, on the Colorado River, in Mohave County, Arizona. The security service shall consist of daily on-site service for closing the public tour area and unscheduled vehicular patrols through the evening and early morning hours, with daytime patrols on weekends and holidays. The contractor must have valid Guard Agency Licenses for the states of Arizona and Nevada. All times specified will be Mountain Standard Time (MST). The contract period will be for one calendar year, with a one-year option. On-site inspection visit will be conducted March 25, 1997, at 10 am MST. All interested parties must check in at the Administration Office prior to the inspection. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in the action (written quotations will be received); this action is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated issuance date of the Request for Quotation is March 17, 1997. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is April 11, 1997. Estimated contract period of performance shall begin May 1, 1997. The standard industrial classification code is 7381 and the small business size standard is $9 million.
