In East River, dredging will be performed between Station 0+000 and 11+010, including the turning basin. Dredging may be performed in South Brunswick River between Station 0+000 and 7+000. Material will be placed in Andrews Island disposal area. Some clearing and dike improvements are required. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available March 26, 1997. Bidding on this solicitation is restricted to small business concerns, $13,500,000 size standard, as defined by the Small Business Administration.
